Van's Triple Crown Surf Competition

We didn't stay too long at the competition, Logan was a being a pill and the actual surfing took place about 200 yards off of the beach and diagonal from where the spectators sat so it was kind of hard to see.  But it was still cool to see!

 

 The guy in the blue rashguard is Sunny Garcia, I just googled to see what his background was because after he was done riding at the competition several people came up to him to get his autograph and a picture with him.  He is local to Oahu, but has won several competitions.  He was the second professional surfer to win over $1 million in prize money.
