Christmas 2010

Dancing to the Wii

We have been working on potty training and we have a book in the bathroom we read when Logan is sitting on the potty. She is teaching the Christmas bear how to use the potty and read to him.

Waiting for Dad

Logan likes to go to the window to see who is here or to wave goodbye to people leaving. This day, I told her that Dad was home and she ran to the window to see him.

Winter Fun!

Logan loved riding in the sled and throwing snow in the air for the dogs!

Christmas Parade

The JV and Varsity Cheerleaders walked in the annual holiday parade in Redmond. We were missing a few, but it was a great event that we plan on doing every year. They created a few holiday cheers: Santa, move that sleigh, move that sleigh, move that sleigh, Go Rudolph Go! and... Yell Santa, (Santa) Claus, (Claus), Merry Christmas to all! Curt and Logan made it to sit on the sidewalk and watch.

Eli

Since we were in Tri-Cities for a week we had several opportunities to see our nephew, Eli. The last time we saw him was just a few weeks after he was born. He is now 3 months and has grown quite a bit! Logan sure enjoyed being around him and can't wait until he can crawl and walk around with her. She was definitely being a little helper and would get his pacifier for him or if he was crying would point at him and make sure we knew he needed something.

Thanksgiving

Otter pops

Logan remembered real quickly where the popsicles were kept. Everytime Colleen picked her up, Logan would start pointing at the freezer. Now after 5 or so Otter Pops you can imagine the sugar high Logan was on...so she would run laps in Colleen's house, usually about 8 laps.

Giddy up horsey

We spent Thanksgiving at Curt's family's this year. Curt's family had got this horse to have at their house for Logan. It took her a little while to warm up to riding the horse. This horse makes neighing sounds, wags it's tail, and moves his head and mouth. So she wasn't sure about the "real" horse.

In her red high heels

After remembering how many other posts I have created with Logan wearing shoes...I have come to the conclusion, daughter like mother!! Curt better prepared to buy lots of shoes for many years, especially red ones!

...and I didn't put these on her, she found them in my closet and came walking out of the bedroom wearing them. She did rather well for wearing a heel of several inches.

Moon boots

I told Logan to go put her shoes on so that we could go, she went into my closet and put my slippers on that I call my moon boots.

Halloween continued...
